- What are your business hours?
Our normal office hours are between 9:00 a.m. and
5:00 p.m Monday through Friday. We are closed on weekends and holidays.
- Where are you located?
We
are located at 1266 Kamehameha Avenue. Those familiar with Hilo may know of
the old Hilo Ironworks building (the beige concrete structure across from Suisan and
the
Wailoa
Bridge). We are located on the second

We
are very responsive to email inquiries, and have a very short turnaround time
for a response (within minutes or hours, not days). We are also accessible by telephone, and will
be happy to answer any and all questions you may have during regular business hours. Contact Us

my website be accessible by anyone on the internet?
Yes.
Once your site is completed and goes live, it will be accessible by anyone
using the Internet. Though some restrictions apply depending on Country and
Internet Service Provider.

people search for my site on search engines like Google or Yahoo?
Yes.
Furthermore, if your site includes our Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
package, then your site will be designed, organized, and submitted to the
search engines so that it will rank much higher on relevant keyword searches.

is this Content Management System (CMS) that you offer?
All
of our websites come with a custom tailored CMS which enables you to edit, add,
or remove content from your website anywhere with an internet connection. If
you can use Microsoft Word or other simple word processing programs, then you
can manage your website’s content.
- Can I sell products on my website?
Yes.
We offer an online store feature for our websites. We set everything up for
you, and then you can manage the products yourself through the CMS if desired.
You can also accept instant online payments through a Paypal account which we
also setup for you.
- Who can manage my website once it is completed?
The short answer is YOU!
With our Content management system that
is built into almost all of our websites, you can make changes to your content,
add images, and maintain an online store so long as you have a computer and an
internet connection. Though, if you are like many business owners and do not
have time or resources to update the site yourself, we offer ongoing
support/update plans, where you give us your content, tell us where you want it

- Can Koa Consulting redesign or redo my current website?
Yes.
We can migrate your current website over to our CMS based design and redesign
any aspect of your website you desire.
- Do I need to provide all of the material/content for my website?
No.
If you are simply too busy or do not wish to come up with all of the content
for your website, then you can employ our copywriting services. We also work
closely with professional photographers who can do any photographing you may
need for your website content and design.
- What is SEO?
SEO is
an acronym for Search Engine Optimization. To put it simply, SEO is an Internet Marketing
Strategy which focuses on editing and organizing website content in order to
make it more relevant to Search Engines, thus improving search results for your
website. (Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc…).
