We provide quality technical support and maintenance for all of the website products and services we offer. Would you like to get more training or additional assistance with updating your website? Most of our clients will need this at some point and we are happy to assist. We have several support plans available, and also offer custom support options as well. If you feel your needs are not met through the options listed below please contact us today so that we can get an idea of your specific needs and give you a custom quote.

  • Do you need routine updates made to your site and don't have the time, desire, or technical ability to do it yourself? Our monthly plans may be perfect for you.
  • Do you have a website with "mission-critical" data or sensitive customer information like credit card details? Our Platinum Plan or Pre-Paid Hourly Plan may be just what you need to keep your site secure and up-to-date.

Silver Support Plan

Our standard support plan is great for those that want to have us available to make regular changes to their website. Also includes email support for helping you make edits too!

  • Turnaround time within 24 hours! Turnaround time in most cases will be be within 24 hours during normal business days
  • 4 email support requests per month An email support request is one where you need advice in making edits to your website
  • 30 minutes of phone support or website maintenance

Our preferred support plan for those that need regular updates to their website to keep it dynamic and looking fresh! Also great for those that need unlimited email support.

Our deluxe support plan for those that want to be sure their website is always up-to-date and that you receive our priority technical support service!

  • Priority support - get help FAST! Priority Support means we will do our best to respond to your issue within 8 hours during normal business days, in most cases sooner!
  • Includes updates to the Joomla Content Management System as applicable If your website was created with the Joomla CMS this plan will ensure that critical security updates are performed to keep your site fully operational and your data safe. Please note that not all Joomla extensions may be included. We will be happy to clarify so please contact us for more details specific to your website.
  • Unlimited email support requests per month An email support request is one where you need advice in making edits to your website
  • Two hours of phone support or website maintenance

Email-Only Support Plan

Our most basic support plan is great for those that are still learning how to use our Content Management System and have questions about how to do common tasks.

  • Be confident as a webmaster knowing you can get help when you need it!

Email-Only Support Plan

Website Training "Refresher"- $60-$90 One-Time Fee

This is great for clients that need to re-learn how to manage administrative aspects of their website or those that want to learn more advanced topics. Your website is a powerful dynamic tool and with ongoing training and support you will be able to fully harness its true potential.

  • Up to 90 minutes of training from our staff Actual time and cost is dependent on your website's features
  • We generally provide remote training using "Desktop Sharing Software" so you can watch and interact in real-time how we manage the site
  • We suggest having a training "refresher" course at least once every 6 months to ensure you are managing your website optimally.

Pre-Paid Blocks of Support Time

We  offer discounted rates for support and maintenance if pre-paid in advance.  This is great for clients that need assistance from time to time but not often enough to warrant a monthly support plan.

  • Blocks can be purchased in 5-hour increments
  • A discount will be applied to the total amount, depending on your specific needs.  Once we understand your goals we can let you know the discount amount.
  • There is no expiration date!

* Please note that the our ongoing support plans can be cancelled at any time, however there is a 3 month minimum requirement for all new contracts.  Unused time does not roll-over so we do urge our clients to make use of their support plan as needed.
