Office Update

We have been working more and more to be a "one-stop-shop" solution for our clients, and it has been working.  More and more of our clients come to us when they start a new business or are ready to go to the next level of marketing.  During this process we've had more requests for us to help with the content creation and editing for our clients.  To address this need, we now have a new addition to the Koa Consulting team, Melinda Mizuno!  Melinda comes to us with many years of experience writing and editing with a number of organizations.  Besides having great writing and analytical skills, she is an excellent communicator and easy to talk to.  We hope you come to us with your copywriting and editing needs and have a chance to talk with Melinda first-hand.

New Clients

Social Propaganda is a cool company, they make cool, hip, t-shirts and have a vision of doing great things.  We are proud to help with their custom development needs as their website evolves: www.SocialPropaganda.com.  Two new clients came our way this month as well.  Peace Day Parade is an annual parade sponsored by the United Nations that takes place in Honokaa each year (www.PeaceDayParade.org).  The Fun Zone Boat Company hails out of Newport Beach and does eco-friendly boat tours in the bay.

New Features

A few months ago we released a custom Real Estate MLS Search component that enables our realtor friends to have a real-time property search on their website.  This is a vital feature for those realtors that know how powerful the Internet is and want to have their clients return to their website time and again.  The new features we added allow their clients to refine their searches based on items that have changed in the past N number of days, those with certain views, and more!

Closing Thoughts

We have a great view of Hilo Bay.  People tell us this nearly every day, and to be honest, we are so very thankful.  It is such a great asset to be able to take a few minute break and just stare out the window and watch the paddlers, the joggers, the surf crashing on the cliffs many miles away, and the trade-winds blow the palm trees in a swaying motion.  It's just nice to work somewhere that you see people enjoying themselves on a daily basis.  I hope everyone recognizes this from time to time.

Much Mahalo!
