What about when the free period of hosting is up?  How much do I have to pay to host my website?
After your free period of hosting, we charge reasonable hosting rates starting at just $9.95/month.  See our hosting plans here.

Are there any hidden fees associated with this package?
The initial fee is all that is required until your free hosting period is over.  After that time, your domain name will need to be renewed yearly (@ $20/year) and you will need to choose a hosting plan (starting @ $9.95/month).  We pride ourselves with offering quality services at reasonable prices, I think you will agree. 

I don't know how to setup my domain, mail accounts, and web hosting plan.  Is this something I need to do before I can get a website?
Relax, we take care of everything.  You just need to fill out our Client Information Document with your account details and we take it from there.  We include one FREE domain name with most new accounts, if you would like us to configure existing domain names additional fees may apply.

How basic is the graphic design?
We are professional graphic artists and web designers and we are able to create a great looking site quickly.  However for our website specials that are under $999.00, the design will be simple.  This means we'll design a nice banner image/logo and then choose a good color combination for the site and fonts.  If you want additional custom design work we can arrange that at our normal hourly rate.

How many pages do I get and how much content and images can I have on each page?
The package description states exactly how many pages you can have.  Each of these pages can have up to 3 images, up to 4 paragraphs of text, and up to 5 links to other pages/sites.  You will need to give this website content to us at the start of the project.  If you need more, don't hesitate to contact us for a custom price quote.

What exactly is a Design Revision?
A design revision is where we get input from you about the design of the website. We then create an initial design of your website, and then email an image of it to show you. For a website package that includes two design revisions, you get to request additional changes to the design of the site two times after we show you our initial design.  For packages under $999, we will spend up to 1 hour on each revision.  For packages over $999 we spend up to 2 hours on each revision.  This is a valuable thing and you should take advantage of it! Most web design companies charge for each revision. Additional design revisions will be billed at our normal hourly rate. 

I am concerned that in order to get my site to look just the way I want it, it will take more than the number of design revisions that this package comes with.  How much will it cost to make things look perfect?
It is always hard to say exactly.  However most of our clients are more than happy with the designs we come up with.  If you do want more personalization to your website we are happy to accommodate at our normal hourly rate.  Feel free to ask us for an estimate that includes more design revisions, we will gladly accommodate.

What about if I don't want to use the Content Management feature, how can I make changes to my site?
We are more than glad to assist you with future website maintenance, at our normal hourly rate.

E-Commerce Payment Processing: We will configure your PayPal account to receive payments from your customers. We can use other merchant services if you have a merchant account, however additional fees may apply.

Website SEO Package: Due to the nature of the Internet and Search-Engines, we are not able to guarantee the results of our work on your website.  We have done a lot of work to help our clients become visible but each client is different and may have more competition in their field.  If you would like more details please contact us. 

Website SEO Feature: The included SEO feature is built into your new website and allows you to specify keywords and a website description that are essential in making the search-engines find your website.

This is our way of offering you the website you need at a price you can afford today! After the 6 month term, pay only hosting fees.

Technical Support: All of our website packages over $1,000 include technical support for up to 30 days upon the completion of the website.  Website packages under $1,000 come with technical support for 2 weeks upon completion of the website.  For additional technical support or to extend your contract, please contact us for a price quote.  We will be happy to assist you further.
